Anybody have a good recipe for Meatballs?

Looking for a recipe for meatballs. One that I can pre make and freeze. I plan on browning them in a pan and then transfer to crockpot to finish cooking. THANKS . I love my crockpot…

These look mighty tasty! I would put a dash of parmesan cheese, cummin, diced mushrooms and maybe some diced bell pepper and garlic too in this meatball recipe! Just a little dash of each very finely chopped! I love fennel seeds so I would add that into my recipe because it makes it taste truly Italian! Peeps have complimented my meatballs “…best meatballs I ever had in my life!” Lol

We thought these were great. I’m not sure about freezing them, or putting them through a crockpot, though:

These were so good, we doubled the recipe and ate them all. Oh yeah, we could never rotate the meatballs, so I’d skip that step.

I’ve found the crockpot usually sucks the life and water out of meat like meatballs.

I’ve also used dried mushrooms as a binder/liquid absorber.

If you want a lazy meatball:

Buy uncooked Italian sausages (check that they’re zero carb). Remove casings with scissors. Use scissors to cut sausage into 1-inch pieces.

Voilà! Tasty meatballs, ready to cook.
