Hi All! I am brand new to this and to be honest haven’t even really started as I do a couple days of eating Keto, then cheat like crazy (binge). I only have a couple pounds to lose, so I’m more just curious to see how I feel eating keto. I have eaten a Paleo diet for years, and have years of experience intermittent fasting, so this seems like the next step. After a couple days of eating Keto, my appetite is just insatiable so I end up eating everything in sight. I’m nursing my 10 month old so I’m also curious if anyone on here is nursing and if that could be affecting things for me. Thanks for any advice and help!

I am not a nursing mom but if you are hungry you should eat more food. Restricting and being hungry will lead you to binge (as you know). You are eating for two so fill up on healthy keto foods!
