ketoconnect are entertainment, they help people navigate through shopping at different stores, safe products, “keto” foods, etc, which is always handy…their channel is great for people who want convinent keto. Recipes are fine, as well, but from what i’ve seen, most keto recipe makers copy from each other

I loved that podcast with Joe Rogan, Dom D’agostino and Layle Norton…watched some of Layle’s videos this weekend and I don’t like him that much anymore, something feels off, to me.
