You could put a little Worcestershire sauce on it. Or steak sauce, perhaps. Or your favourite hot sauce.
What kind of cheese?
What kind of seasonings
How much cheese?
Heat?
Cook till what?
Whatever kind of cheese you like…
I’d only use pepper
As much cheese as you want
Medium hot
Until it’s browned
Or maybe… do some experimenting?
I’m just a wing it guy for the most part… recipes are vague guidelines and I’ve never followed one exactly.
