Another "Did I ruin my fast?" question

I’m now at the end of day 3 of a 6 day fast. Been doing keto for about 5 months now, and have had multiple days of 24 hour intermittent fasting and a number of 48 hour fasts. All told, I’ve dropped about 45 pounds.

Back to my question, during my fastings I usually have a couple of tablespoons of psyllium husks a day, including each day of this 6 day fast so far. My goal in this extended fast is autophagy and I’m wondering whether I’ve screwed that up.

I also have a couple of tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with the psyllium if that makes any difference.

Nobody knows much about autophagy and how much of anything affects it. It’s entirely possible you reduced autophagy vs a water fast.
