I’m now at the end of day 3 of a 6 day fast. Been doing keto for about 5 months now, and have had multiple days of 24 hour intermittent fasting and a number of 48 hour fasts. All told, I’ve dropped about 45 pounds.
Back to my question, during my fastings I usually have a couple of tablespoons of psyllium husks a day, including each day of this 6 day fast so far. My goal in this extended fast is autophagy and I’m wondering whether I’ve screwed that up.
I also have a couple of tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with the psyllium if that makes any difference.
