I liked ‘Keyto’ (app and acetone (ketone) breath sensor), but once I go used to low carbs, | just lost interest in it.
It helped me, but in hind sight I could have helped myself anyway if I knew what to do.
Good app, advice, sensor and trend analysis though.
I suspect, after about 6 months, you’ll lose interest in it as I did.
I still log my weights, for the trend makes me smile
