Almond Butter Cups

One of my fav go To fat bombs​:heart_eyes::grinning:

Base Recipe

Almond butter
HWC
Kerrygold Butter
Lindt 90%

I added :wink:

Unsweetened coconut
Pecans
Vanilla extract
Cinnamon
Pink salt
Nutmeg

I can break down the macros and info if needed

  1. In a Pyrex glass measuring cup…add 8 tbsp of butter. Place (2) 90% Lindt squares on top. Microwave for 30-45 seconds or so. Stir.
  2. Now Add 4 tbsp of almond butter. Stir in. Microwave about another 30 seconds or so
  3. Remove from microwave. Add in 2 tbsp of HWC. Stir in
  4. You can now add In a pinch of cinnamon, nutmeg and pink salt
  5. Pour in to to small baking cups.
  6. Add 1 pecan to each serving
  7. Sprinkle on a pinch of unsweetened coconut
  8. Place in freezer

This will make about 12 servings. Your microwave times may vary. Once the ingredients are all melted you are ready to pour

Sweetener…you can add if needed. I omitted this time. I have used 1 packet of stevia the last time

you can add sweet leaf stevia , 1 packet.
