Air fried Salmon with easy sauce

I often (before and after going keto) chuck a couple of salmon fillets in the air fryer for a quick supper. I line the basket with foil for a quick cleanup of the fishynes and pop the salmon in skin side down.
Here is the marinade/sauce
In a jam jar I shake up soy sauce, a few drops of maple extract, some grated fresh ginger (top tip, keep it in the freezer and grate as necessary then back in the freezer) a little chilli powder and a splash of vinegar. Let the salmon sit flesh side down in this for an hour or so.
Air fry or grill the salmon until just cooked, while you are doing this put the remaining marinade in a pan and reduce it down until it is thick and sticky. Pour over the salmon before serving.
Great with stir fried greens, deseeded cucumber slices, and cauliflower rice or zoodles for a bowl supper.
