Today no snacking tried to up my quantity so dinner was

[Two bratwurst patties topped with a slice of provalone between two chaffles

That resulted in only being able to eat half
Fasting now for 24 hours

Feasting day.

breakfast: 3 eggs with butter, coffee with HWC
lunch: sloppy joe, no bun. I brought appetizer so it was Keto friendly; however there were other carbs. :face_with_raised_eyebrow:
Dinner: cheese, coffee.

Fasting tomorrow. Good thing

I’m also blurring (a la Linda) out of respect for our currently fasting ADF participants. Good luck everyone. We are having a socially distanced dinner with friends this evening. They are carb burners and I’m not sure what I’ll be able to eat.

Ok I really took to changing things up and decided if I’m going to have to refeed to get calories up I got to go heavy heavy on the fats which I did yesterday by adding This text will be blurred roast pork crackling
A few ounzes of that skyrocketed calories way up…let’s see if that helps.

Yesterday was not the best because we were at friends house and there were mostly carbs. Kind of looking forward to a fasting day after that..
12 ounces coffee.
A couple of lavender tea
16 ounces clear chicken broth
12 oz coffee w/HWC
16 oz chic broth

Yay! feasting day! Much more fun. A nice drop today. This is the stair step pattern or the zigzag pattern I’ve seen in the past with ADF. Up a pound down, 2 pounds, up a pound, down 2 pounds … sort of.

Breakfast: Three fried eggs with butter, coffee with heavy whipping cream
Lunch: cheese and mustard Chaffle, choc. Protein drink
Dinner: BBQ brisket, pulled pork, Cole slaw, coffee with HWC
Carbs: 5%
Fat:72%
Protein:23%
Calories:2000 Ish

How are all of you doing? Is anyone else checking their weight?

I’m down 3.7 pounds and today is a fast day :crossed_fingers::crossed_fingers::crossed_fingers: so far I’m thrilled with the results and going in the right direction :slight_smile:
