Been doing keto 9 days now, never felt so good before! Today we had a staff day, which is basically a huge meeting and every table had mints. Without thinking, I had two of them before realizing what i was doing .
I just got home from the meeting and went on my fitness pal to find out one mint had 19g carbs! Does this mean those 9 days have just gone down the drain and I have to start over? Should I fast for 9 months?! Sounds so silly over two tiny stupid mints but i guess what has really got me angry is how easy it was to eat them without even thinking about it! Damn mints are the devil!
