This question has probably been asked before but I’ll ask it anyway. If someone can point to a post that gives this information that would be just as good. I found this page today giving examples of what 20 and 50grams of carbs look like.

It prompted me into thinking hey why isn’t there a list of all foods that are very Keto friendly. You can see from this page that a stingy small potato and very small amount of pasta are easily replaced with a decent selection of vegetables or fruit. This might help people who are used to eating more and by eating unlimited amounts of certain foods you can eat as much as you want without blowing the Keto diet.
With so many websites out there making all sorts of claims is there a definitive list giving the calorie, and equivalent quantities for say 90grams of protein, or 200grams of fat. I trust the people on this forum more than some random website.
I hope this makes sense.
