I ended up eating on Monday. Why? Electrolytes. My levels had crashed and I wasn’t feeling well. So I feasted on a lot of salty food.
My body really doesn’t want to hold on to electrolytes when fasted, despite consuming as much as I can stomach without food. I hope it adapts. It’s going to get practice.
I’ve been fasted since Monday, feeling well and full of energy. I was a little hungry Tuesday, but I’ve felt no hunger at all today.
If I have to eat one day a week, so be it. I’ll still get where I want to be.
