My first post here! Hope to find more good stuff as I continue my Keto journey

the left is me in June of 2017, the right is me a few days ago. Busted my ass!

Ha, I do tattoos for a living, and lately when clients come in that I haven’t seen in a year or so, they don’t recognize me

(Liz ) #5

Not even a year!! Outstanding results :trophy:

(Jay Patten) #6

You can fit in the canoe now! Great job! Amazing results! Congrats!

#7

I guess I’m too old to understand LOTS AND LOTS of tattoos!

But you are speaking MY LANGUAGE with your KETO success!!

Astonishing!

And welcome aboard Adam!

Stan

(Adam Underwood) #8

Well I forget that I even have them.

#9

Sweet! What is/was your workout like?

(Adam Underwood) #10

20 minutes rowing machine, 20 minutes running, 20 minutes lap swim, 20 minutes sauna, 4-5 days a week

(peter llacuna) #11

Congrats on joining the great hall of keto-centenarians!

How are your inks now that you’ve drastically shrunk your canvas? I hesitate to get a body tattoo as I imagine it might morph with with my history of going up and down in weight.

(Grant MacDonald) #12

Fantastic!

(Stephanie Sablich) #13

WHATTTTTTTTT?

My goodness. Dude. That’s incredible.

(Adam Underwood) #14

My tattoos look fine, nothing warped as far as I know

(Rodger Cooley) #15

Dude, you’re awesome. Are the tats like a Shrinky-Dink when you lose that much weight… they get darker or something?

(Adwoa Hagan Mensah) #16

Question. Do your tattoos look any different on the thinner you?

(Ida) #17

Awesome!

(barrytspencer) #18

Awesome work, you would’ve been clocking up a few k’s on the rower, treadmill and in the pool
What was the diet like?

(Shawn) #19

Good job. Are you worried like me about keeping it off? I feel great but I have lost weight before and it seems to sneak up on me every time.
