I’m six weeks in and finally the scale has moved down 2.4 lbs! I kept telling myself the whole six weeks i wasn’t losing that my body is busy healing more important things and the weight will come off. I haven’t measured so I’m not sure if I’m down inches but I have never had a WOE where I was actually full! I can fast for 24 hours without food. My legs and feet are not swollen. My skin is clear and I think maybe glowing? At first my skin was so broke out and I think my body was pushing all the garbage out through my skin. I listen to all the podcasts and keep calm and keto on. This gets so much easier as time goes on. I know my body will heal and get stronger and I will lose the weight. Never giving up! I’ve found my people.

Congratulations! Sounds like you’re doing great.
Please take measurements! Like, today - take them at various points (upper arms, bust, below the bust, waist, lower abdomen, hips, upper thighs). They’ll tell you whether you’re losing fat, where the scale only tells you the combined weight of your fat+bones+ muscle+ water etc.

Speaking of Bust, that seems to be the only place I am losing weight! Argh
Not exactly true, but you know what I mean. Hips and butt are down, but waist hasn’t moved. Pant are baggy in the thighs and butt but not waist so I can’t move down a size in pants ‘cause the button won’t button. Argh
