Hello everyone , when I started on Jan 31st I was hoping to be down 25 lbs by my birthday May 2. This morning I was down 50lbs on the dot. I am wearing shirts inkept from 3 years ago and pant have gone from 52/54 depends on make t0 44/46 mostly 44. I want to thank everyone for the help. Still get frustrated when nothing happens or gain for 4 or 5 days andnotice cheese hurts the loses but love it so much . I haven’t had a cheat day and haven’t done a fast and haven’t been sick since before Xmas ( flu or bad cold ) . Thanks again after the next 20 lbs it will be expensive as more clothes to buy

Truth.

Congratulations! Yesterday marked 4 months for me. Down about 30-35 lbs. Definitely SEE it. I am getting down to only a handful of pants that will fit. Although nothing has changed much in the last couple weeks, really. It is what it is. I did have a whoosh in there at least.

Good job! keep going! Set new goals!
Keep keto on!

I’m down 40lbs hunting for that 50lbs number, I’ve had (legal)cheat days and they destroy 2-3 days of fat burning for me.

Keep consistent and enjoy when you should enjoy!

Congratulations!!! That is an awesome accomplishment.

My husband and I STILL go to Goodwill to buy clothes even though we are both at our maintenance weight. We had so much fun taking them our baggie clothes and replacing them with $3-$5 shirts that look almost new. Hell, I’ve found designer stuff with the tags still on them!

I join the accolades! And welcome to the Ketonian family.
