I made this, this morning. Very tasty, it was best right out of the pan. I added Parmesan and a little garlic powder. This will probably become a regular recipe for me… fast and easy.

It looks very easy to do. Might have to give this one a shot!

Had to do a doubletake on the net carbs. 3 for almond flour, 2 for coconut.

I just made this. Very simple and quick. Definitely a nice little sandwich bread!

Just curious, did you make it with almond flour or coconut?

I’ve made the a version of the recipe with almond flour. I have to try the coconut flour one.
I have a ramiken that is around 5" across which makes a nice little “bread”.
I slice it through the middle, cross wise and then pan fry it in butter to make it crispy. Apparently you can toast it in a toaster.

I also added a bit of garlic powder and shredded cheese and that was pretty tasty too. There are a lot of versions of the recipe out there, some even chocolate…
It’s usually called keto mug cake.
