You are absolutely correct. They are not essential. Many things are not essential. I was merely stating that the fat bombs helped me, and still does, reach my fat levels when I’m having trouble doing so. As far as the strips no they are not as accurate as blood testing but I have used them. I have had great results and didn’t spend a fortune on blood tests. Whichever you choose to use I wish you nothing but wonderful success!! STAY HAPPY AND HEALTHY :grinning:

I used fat bombs a fair bit when I first started keto, but now that I am more experienced about incorporating fat into my meals, I haven’t had any. They are useful for newbies, but my experience is the need and desire for them goes way down after a few months.

Although, they sure do look delicious!

I agree. I rarely eat them now. Most times I only use them to help when wanting a “dessert” type food.
