So, a couple months ago I started taking potassium and magnesium supplements. I did it when I started PSMF to help with leg cramps. It worked perfectly, but a side benefit was falling asleep easier and sleeping better and longer. This was huge for me since I work 3rd shift and sleep is always a struggle.
So, I’m wondering if I can get some fellow 3rd shifters to try this to see if they get any benefits from potassium and magnesium?
If you want to try it, I’ve been taking 99mg of potassium and 250mg of magnesium every 12 hours. I take one dose about an hour before bed and the other dose sometime in the evening after I get up. The only other think I take is a once daily multivitamin. I’ve been taking that for a long time so I don’t think that’s a variable in my sleep improvement experience.
