3 Weeks In, Not Too Impressed, Ready to Give Up

(Championsidewinder) #362

You haven’t given me anything worth a damn dude, just toss me about

(Running from stupidity) #363

You know why that’s your conclusion? Because you’re too busy compulsively typing moronic posts when YOU SHOULD BE READING. SO STFU AND READ. HTH.

#364

He has actually been very helpful. You need to go back and read. I honestly think you enjoy arguing.

(Blessed with butter ) #365

Or cheese.

#366

Maybe two gin & sodas tonight

(Championsidewinder) #367

Don’t keep track of nothing just eat ppl say here, no app don’t track anything not even carbs just eat it’s so easy everyone says what a crock of :poop:

(Running from stupidity) #368

Good-quality crunchy PB on a slice of Brie is pretty damn good.

#369

I need to try some new things this weekend. Yum!

(Blessed with butter ) #370

I am on this for positive feedback and help I would appreciate it if you would leave this group.

(TJ Borden) #371

Two is always better than one

(Running from stupidity) #373

Time to stop feeding (esp. protein) the troll, I think.

#374

More steak for ME!

(TJ Borden) #375

:rofl::rofl::rofl:

(Championsidewinder) #376

I’m not a troll just a pissed off person

(TJ Borden) #377

Can’t go wrong with ribeye. I firmly believe it’s the cut of steak God inteneded is to eat. All the fancy lean cuts are meant for the dogs.

(Running from stupidity) #378

Rump in the sous vide for 24 hours is great. And only $10/kg! In fact, we’re having that tonight

(TJ Borden) #379

It’s AMAZING what a sous vide can do for cheap cuts of meat. Perfect example of keto expanding culinary horizons as opposed to restricting them. I had never heard of a sous vide before keto and now not only do I own one, it rarely leaves the kitchen counter.

#380

I have a Crock-Pot and an instant pot. Would you say that the sous vide would be a good addition as well?

I have a birthday coming up

(Running from stupidity) #382

So true. We’ve had ours for five years, and after the first week I rearranged the bench top so that it could live there permanently because it’s basically always in use. Having two would be great, so I’m thinking of getting a stick type for smaller jobs like eggs, veges etc.

(Running from stupidity) #383

Yes

Also, we ALL have birthdays coming up, even if they’re 365 days away
