MY FIRST POST!! I’ve been doing Keto now since Feb 1, 2018. Started at 256 LB and am now at 226:) I’ve been easily doing 24 hour fasts and want to up my game to a three day fast. I want to eat a minimum of calories (water fast?) but don’t want to have electrolyte problems.
So here’s my question:
- Is there an electrolyte drink I should take?
- Can I take my daily vitamins and other supplements (picture below)?
- Can I still drink ACV if I’m not eating anything?
