Look forward to it. I’ve only recently started listening and have almost burned through all the archive. Really enjoyed when you were on so sure this one will be great, too.

Do you have the recipe for your pork rind stuffing, @Brenda? I’d like to make it at Thanksgiving and see if I can trick my family into thinking its carbage.

I don’t remember if I posted it in the Forum or not shame on me I’ll go look for it

I work on the Navajo reservation and nearly drove off the road when I started hearing people talk about keto fry bread. I think I got the gist of how you made it, but do you have a link that gives specific directions/advice that I can direct people to?

Sorry. Just saw this. I’ve been super busy. If that happens again please “summon” me by using @Brenda, I’ll get that notification every time!
@NativeKetoMan check out this post!

Here is the full fry bread recipe written out:

Great. Thanks for the reply—you are under no time constraints, especially on a holiday weekend.

Recipe page is going to be forwarded to several Navajo people I work with who are doing LCHF.

Oh but I am!! I need to reach and save as many people as soon as possible! This is serious business. All of it :heart:

(Richard Morris) #13

Very serious business … but it’s surprisingly easy to make a lasting change in peoples lives by showing them how to tame their own diabetes.

Here’s the thing - most type 2 diabetics have other diabetics in their family and among their friends. If each of us take responsibility for at least 2 other type 2 diabetics it becomes a revolution that grows exponentially. just tagging @carl into this thread.

I have made this several times and it is great I had it for thanksgiving and for potlucks
