Yes! I’ve started using coldness in my feet & hands as indicators for when I’m under-calorie. It’s very clear when it starts to occur.

And, this idea of maximum metabolism of body fat/day explains why I’ve plateaued at ~19% BF (31 pounds). How do I move my set point lower if I can’t do extended fasts? Just more, shorter fasts?
