Quick query with regards to fasting. I’m doing 24 hr fasts (will try to get up to 36 in future) but wondering when I do break the fast, the advice is to eat normally. Obviously, I don’t hit my calorie goal as worked out on my macro calculator (macros are 5c/65f/30p - percentage wise).
This isn’t a problem is it? ie: Today I fasted 24 hours then had about 600 calorie dinner (spot on on macros though!) even though my goal is normally 1379. I’m subscribing to the ‘Listen to your body, only eat when hungry’ theory. That’s all good, right? Thanks!!
