24 + 48 or 72 a week


Hi all,

This is my first question here on the forum, so I apologize in advance if there is an answer already and I somehow missed it.
I fast regularly for 20h, and consume my foods within a 4-hour window. What I’m thinking is should I schedule one 24h and one 48h fast within a week, or just one 72h?

Would be appreciated if anyone could give me some tips on this.

Without sufficient context as to your health profile and what you’re trying to accomplish it’s impossible to offer any well-intended guidance about how often you might care to refrain from eating.

It’s a good question, but all we can tell you is what works for us. You’ll still have to figure out what works for you. But there is joy in the journey, so keep calm and keto on.
