Any words of advice? I have never done a fast over a week. I am starting tomorrow 6/2 and ending on 6/23. My IBS is severe and has caused me a lot of physical and mental issues, I believe that 21 days of water fasting will cure me.

Did you try to go carnivore? I am no expert but I dont see how 21 fast could do anything good for the body.

I’ve never gone past four days, though my doctor has recommended it for my autoimmune disease. Good luck!

Alex, I have IBS and have been doing EF for the past 10 years.
While it helps me with my IBS, it has not cured it.
Your IBS may be more responsive to fasting than mine is tho - I hope so!
