Hi guys, I am joining you for a carnivore trial as of yesterday. So I am a little late for the October party but have been reading and researching a lot (and lurking on a few carnivore threads). Everything within me has been urging me to trial this so I have now gone for it. I will be including eggs and hard cheese still as I enjoy eating these and seem to tollerate them well.
Been keto for almost two years now, with three dips out of it to just remind myself of how awful higher carb eating feels for me (and on each of those occassions my symptoms have hit me hard). I initially began the keto journey for various health and medical issues and have had many positives from this so I am now wanting to know just how much more healthy the carnivore way of eating may help me feel.
