I ordered this dish as a side with lamb shoulder last week at The Morrison in Sydney, NSW, Australia.
It is so simple! And good! But not much to look at.
- Finely shred cabbage
- Add just a hint of red onion
- Cover with your favorite aged hard cheese (I’m using pecorino romano locatelli.)
Tonight I’m pairing it with pulled pork (and wine of course).
