@richard and I did this video 2 weeks after Ketofest. It’s a 3-part series which describe the science behind type 2 diabetes, the ketogenic diet, and the results of an intervention we did at a tech company in San Antonio, TX after Ketofest 2017. You guys rock. The last time I was ketogenic, I thought it could be short term to solve my Type-2 diabetes (a1c went from 10.4 to 5.6 in 3 months at age 33). Now that I am doing this again 3 years later, understanding the science behind why I am broken and why this diet works not only keeps me focused, but gives me much more understanding of how I need to KCKO.
