1st IF

So I wasn’t hungry and did fine but had a headache most of the afternoon. Suggestions? I drank water with pink salt and calm with magnesium so I was mindful of my electrolytes.

mild detox??? I sometimes will have a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in hot water which in my mind supports the liver. You’re body might be different though. Good luck getting to the bottom it.

My first IF, I had a heinous headache for the last two hours and it remained for a couple more hours, even after eating. The next day was better, then it was smooth sailing after that for IF’s.

I don’t remember headaches but IF is definately something to ease into. As you’re cutting carbs and getting into Ketosis it gets much easier. Good luck.

Today is my first day – I’ve had no problem so far, doing 16:8. I’ve drank 24 oz. of water with ACV and lemon which is very different for me as well as black coffee today - which I thought would be harder than it was.

I did my first IF 20:4 no issues I actually feel great, better than ever. I think this is a great fit for me.

A potassium supplement would round out your electrolytes and might do the trick. It works for me! :slight_smile:
