Today is day 10, and I would normally wait until tomorrow to do weight and measurements, but I may not be online due to hurricane Irma.
Results of reducing fat to virtually zero, and zero carbs for 10 days is…
Weight is exactly the same at 201lb
Measurements are the same except for my waist with a one inch loss!
Back to regular Keto for 10 days as of tomorrow.

Started this 10 days at 201lb and now weigh 197lb. Another 4lb down and broke through the 200 WOOHOO!!!

My next 10 days will be 18:6 and I will be trying some new recipes. Other good news. Hubby has now lost 11 pounds!
Its awesome! Baking 0.6g carb muffins today. Doing a lemon batch and a savory batch to smother in butter!
I have a nice olive cream cheese dip that would go well. But… would be more carbs than that muffin
Haha, I think I will stick with the butter. I’m getting the freeze pack from Walgreens though. Will wear it when I’m on the treadmill. All science points to cooling brown fat to activate it!
