I won’t have to think about food in a few days. Doing Isopure zero carb for 2 weeks with MCT oil. My macros will be the same each day lol
Interesting. I like how you worked up to that… simple foods, minimal treats or sweeteners, eat when your hungry. Realising that the day doesn’t just revolve around food. Under the ISO pure, you’ll be able to self-monitor what effect your activity levels have and adjust there. Kind of like when fixed aperture photography makes you more keenly aware of shutter speed.
I’m quite looking forward to it. Sometimes same foods can dull my palate, and make me feel a little ewww, if you know what I mean! So having something quick and easy, and pretty bland/clean tasting should give me the urge for steak again lol I also like that its packed with vits and mins

Woke this morning screaming with calf cramps! Oooooh it was painful!

3 ounces avocado
1 ounce cream cheese

2 boiled eggs chopped with 1 tablespoon mayo, salt and pepper, and stirred into 1/2cup chopped raw spinach.
Pretty upside down day for me, and out for most of it.

I had a good read Online tonight about water retention in fat cells and causes. Tomorrow I will be purchasing Morton Salt Substitute which is sodium free. I thought I’d be doing ok with sea salt, but the sodium level isn’t much different to table salt!
