1 Minute Chocolate Mousse! OMG! ! ! ! !!

I saw in the comments of this video someone used a nutrabullet to make this.

I substituted erythritol and about 2 oz of cream cheese instead of mascarpone. I also added about 1/8 tsp of xanthan gum for thickness.

After about 20 seconds you will hear the motor speed up as it thickens up and sticks to the sides. I just stopped, and shook it hard to get everything to the bottom, and pulsed it until it speeds up again, Repeat 2 or 3 times, and it’s done. About 1 minute total.

Amazing!

Sounds like it would be good. I need me some mascarpone cheese though.

I used philly cream cheese, and it was awesome.
