Good idea on the zero carb beer. That said I’ve committed to dry july now so just going to try none for a bit :slight_smile:

For some silly reason I’ve developed a love for tawny port. Can anyone say sugar?

Sweeteners: this is going to be the worst part of all I think.

The earplugs were under $150 which was reasonable for a decent night sleep … but will provide hundreds of them.

When you get off sweeteners you’ll realize they taste icky :wink:

P.S. I tried the pre work out coffee + MCT + glucose again today and crushed gym despite feeling like abosolute crap beforehand. So this is looking up. One more of those, then I’ll try without glucose next week

Did you use the diy guides online that show how to make your own customized earplugs to “upgrade” cheaper in ear headphones where you order the material audiologist use on ebay and make your own customized earplugs.? I’ve seen it can be done for considerably less than the $150 audiologist version costing somewhere in the …$20 to $30 dollar (U.S.) range.

@Jason_Fletcher I know this isn’t the point of this thread and that this is an old post, but it’s pretty funny that when you say “most people” you actually mean “men.” Biting my tongue to keep from saying more since you’ve already been called on this.

I’ve tried that. Works ok for custom earplugs. I didn’t have great luck using them for earbuds.

I’m also not diabetic or overweight but love the dudes podcast. The one where they introduce this forums suggests it could build to support both athletes and weight issues. Hoping to see more in the athletes sesction tbh :+1:.
