Zero carb pasta?

(Jeremy Storie) #1

This is interesting. I will have to give it a try.

I’ll have to try this. I wonder if this same technique would work with cauliflower.

(Cristian Lopez) #3

STOP right there i tried them!!

They are nasty nasty nasty!

It’s not like when you buy ground beef and cook it and have the nice spiral texture, this is chicken!

Now imagine bitting into skinny chicken intestines and that’s what they taste like it’s terrible, try zoodles or miracle noodles?

(Jeremy Storie) #4

 I wonder if beef would be better?

(Chris) #5

Neither of those products is zero carb, they’re plant based.

(Lauren) #6

I think I’ll stick to regular chicken with sauce poured over it and licking my plate. Less work, same tasty result.

A few carbs won’t kill anyone… Make these instead and enjoy your tasty nutritious meal.
Fwiw…I fry the Zoodles in pure duck fat. Absolutely Delicious!!!

(Jeremy Storie) #8

I’ve had zoodles before. They are good. I just thought the meat noodle looked interesting.

I’m a fan of konjac noodles. Made a very nice aglio e olio dish with them last night.

Zero carb doesn’t mean no carbs, it means only eating of the animal kingdom. So while I appreciate where you’re coming from, still won’t work for me. And as such it’s off-topic for this subforum.

What the FUCK is wrong with that guys eyebrows? :flushed:

(Jeremy Storie) #12

They definitely aren’t natural!

(Darlea Marneedi) #13

Miracle noodles are zero carb, 100% fiber.

(Chris) #14

Not in the context of the zero carb diet. They are 100% plant-based, and therefore excluded. Zero Carb is a misnomer, that’s why it’s secondarily referred to as “carnivore”.

(Lonnie Hedley) #15

Should be zero carb/zero fiber/carnivore…but that’s kinda long.
