I have been watching some YouTube before bed . Like listening to some people but some come off to pompous and have to make sure they use big words . I like videos on recipes . Some people I like but there videos seem like lots of carbs but then they say for a family of 4 and maybe leftover and I think that is 3 helpings . Just looking for some channels people watch and trust . Ps also notice most don’t give the macros

I like the videos of presentations by researchers at low-carb/keto conferences (people such as Stephen D. Phinney, M.D., Ph.D.; Jeff S. Volek, R.D., Ph.D.; David Ludwig, M.D., Ph.D.; Richard D. Feinman, Ph.D.; Thomas Seyfried, Ph.D.; Benjamin Mikman, Ph.D.; Timothy Noakes, M.D., Ph.D.; and Robert Lustig, M.D., Ph.D.; to name a few) all do research and give illuminating lectures well-supported by data. The science journalists Gary Taubes and Nina Teicholz have both written extremely well-documented books on nutrition science and what it can and cannot tell us. If you search for presentations by these people on YouTube, the recommendations will lead you to others, some reliable, others not so much. But if you start with the names I listed, you will at least have a basis for sorting accurate information from buncombe.

Thank you I started watching one before keto and almost fell asleep. Didn’t understand some of the term but will try to watch
