Just gotten home from taking them down to the river 5 minutes down the road. So blessed in New Zealand to have a lot of outdoor doggy spaces in our cities.

Life circumstances, including working away from home for 35 years, prevented me from having a dog.

I did have one, once - a part Bernese Mountain Dog who died in January, 1973. So, 52.4 years later here comes Angus, a Norwich Terrier Puppy, 10 weeks old when I got him ten days ago.

My wife and I are quite taken with him. Long way to go for potty training, and for getting him to stop gnawing on our body parts, but it will come.
