You clearly eat a poor diet: take the test!
My score is terrible… Witch is good :))
But this line :
“Did you know that eating vegetables helps slow ageing, control body weight and can even make you look healthier” I am not a native Eng speaker… but I understand from this that you just look more healthy…? The irony… eating meat and doing keto made me actually be healthy.

A long time ago I would have thought that this recommendations are good and common sense… Today I feel that they are just lazy and old misconceptions about what could be healthy.

And even though I eat a lot of dairy, I still got a Needs Work, with several carb based suggestions to up my dairy intake.

I received a 19 out of 73 as well. They really want us to eat a lot of fruit and grains. Wow!

Ha ha Ha ha ha, I need work on my spreads consumption. And epic fail on grains & fruit. Yep, everything else seems to need work except for devouring large quantities of meat and protein foods

25 out of 73 hehe, funny they did not ask about dietary items such are you on a special diet, even my dad would do poor on this one due to his heart diet.
This is a pretty poor survey, as it lumps sauced meats with plain meats, as though the sugar doesn’t matter.
