My first 24 hour fast complete. It was easier then I thought it would be… Next is the 48 hour fast in a few days.

Grass fed beef on its way, cheese has been cut out my diet. Let’s see if I can reduce my size or at least make my trousers fit better…

Congrats! My weekend is pretty spectacular. It’s cold but at least the sun is out and the wildlife seems happy out there. Plus, I got some new sneakers!

I sooo wanted to try a fast this week while I have been home sick, but I had to eat to take my antibiotics to avoid puking. But other than a little lunch meat to pad the meds I have pretty much been on a liquid diet for days. It is the 1st time I have ever been sick and lost weight where I think it will actually stay off! Congrats on your 1st successful fast!

Did an open house and people actually came! Got a new client out of it. A perfectly successful weekend!

I had a great week with a successful 4-day water fast and my weight dropped to an all-time low 186 (-69).

Like @daddyoh has said I am patient. So I treated myself to a Chinese buffet meal Friday night and a nice soft serve cone afterward. Today a added a couple of slices of real pizza and blueberry yogurt. It was a nice break.

Tomorrow it’s back to Keto/fasting. I know it will take a day or two to shed some fluid and glycogen. But it keeps my system guessing; and keeps me from giving up.

It’s choices, not cheating.

I can’t wait to get to that level, I’m back on salty bone broth and black kale this week! Love the stuff!
