Wow time passes fast... a month

I’ve gone from cutting carbs and obsessing over misses (I still do that a little but I’m better at planning carbs these days) to now working out where to cut protein some.

I’ve gone from no fasting to regular 16-8 IF with some added 18-6 of late and a 2 and 3 day fast.

I have no idea what the scales show… will find out in a week or so but I’ve had to buy a new belt and my pants are hanging loose…

Best of all I’ve started to experiment with Keto cooking and am enjoying it.

So far it’s been an enjoyable ride. I’ve even taken up some body weight exercises and brisk walking because my plantar facitis is starting to clear up.

I experienced this too! I’ve had it for years and couldn’t even go through a grocery store some times before it flared up. I’m so used to it being part of my day and it’s just not there.

Just an update. I did my 1AC in January and was 5.3. Doc was pleasantly surprised and thought it would be higher.

Just did one in early April and my new score is 4.3 and with improved stats across the board (though colesterol was a ‘little high but nothing to worry about’).

Current day 2 of either a 3 or 5 day fast… and close to beating my last fasting limit.
