I would really appreciate it.
Today I had a 10 ounce rib eye sauteed in 2 tbsp of kerrygold garlic and herb butter.
I also had a bpc with it, consisting of 1 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp cacao butter and 1 tbsp brain octane fuel… then another bpc after work. I went over my fat macros by 10 grams. Thanks so much, I’m trying hard not to give up on this. I only weigh myself once a month, the next weigh in is August 18th
Would someone look at a sample days food intake and give me advice?
Seventy grams of protein sounds reasonable, so as long as you are keeping your carbohydrate under 20 g, then eat fat until you are no longer hungry. The only macro you really need to worry about is carbohydrate, and that’s not a percentage of what you eat, it’s a hard limit of 20 g. “Fat to satiety” means eat as much fat as it takes to keep you satisfied between meals. If you find yourself needing a snack, eat something fatty, and increase your fat at the next meal. Don’t worry about the quantity of fat you are eating, just eat till your body is happy with the amout of energy you are giving it. If you are hungry for more, eat more; if you don’t want so much, don’t eat more.
Paul, thank you. I didn’t get in any carbs today. Ok, so I guess I’m gonna do this carnivore thing for a week or two, see how I feel. I hope you have the best weekend, Paul
