I just wanted to share that this morning after my cardio session I did something I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to do - popped a watermelon with my thighs. I don’t know if I can upload the video here, but it’s on my IG page though (@fitblyss)… this was my 3rd attempt and it was finally done!!! I’m so giddy and just absolutely elated!!!

Lemme just say, it was much harder than I thought it would be. I’ll be prepping for next year to be able to do it on the first go’round rather than the third!
