Wing Stop

#1

There are a bunch of wing joints in the south. It can be a fantastic keto lunch if 1) there is no breading (duh), 2) you get dry rub or hot sauce (no sugar, duh), 3) you order veggie sticks as your side and blue cheese as your dip, and 4) you drink unsweetened tea. (In the south, if you order tea, you have to specify “unsweet.” Go figure.)

That’s one of my favourite go-to’s when dining out, too…minus the tea, I usually go for club soda and lime, or a low-carb beer if I’m indulging.

Wing stop is one of my go-to “cheat” meals.

A dozen of their Parmesan garlic classic wings fills me right up and is according to their nutrition facts(and MFP) 0 carbs! I still count it as about 6 carbs(.5 per wing) just to be on the safe side.

And it feels like a guilty pleasure to eat them… I get the all celery side and blue cheese.

The celery at my local stop is always super soggy and soft. I love a nice crisp celery, so I always have my own :grinning:
