Wine makes me nervous

My disordered self is constantly fighting this battle with a social life and circle who love a tipple. I wish i could not worry and enjoy the wine.

One of the best questions ever. Different answers for some of us. In western culture we tend to glorify the drunk, and joke approvingly about them, but it’s an individual thing.

Right on! As a compromise, I found Fit Vine Wine and have a glass or two guilt free. My biggest concern is avoiding the munchies afterwards. Lately, I’ve done better just not eating afterwards at all. Works so far.
