Wild goose!

Anyone have experience cooking wild goose breast? My coworker went hunting this weekend and brought some in for me.

I haven’t cooked goose - but have eaten it. It was much like chicken or other game birds, maybe more like duck??

Lucky! I love to confit cook it and use lots rosemary and garlic.
