I haven’t done any home testing beyond some ketone test strips I bought when I was starting out; I eat keto and feel pretty good most of the time.
BUT what I’d love to see is a Wiki of all of the tests to monitor the various health metrics related to metabolic syndrome and insulin resistance, both at home and via medical professionals.
Some examples: how to infer insulin response to non-nutritive sweeteners via glucose monitoring, what type of cholesterol breakdowns to request from your doctor, the best way to measure ketones (and what do the measurements really tell you?), etc.
I’d start a wiki myself, but don’t have anything solid to add.
