Just completed day1 of Jamie Easton’s Live Fit 12 week. Ahhhh…SO good to be back in the weight room. Did Lean Body by Labrada last Summer but, life etc.

Anyone else Lifting?

Most days. I’m on a five day body part split.

I lift 'heavy’on a 4-5 day split. Felt like crap at first but electrolytes and creatine have me feeling pretty good. Strength came back up.

I don’t remember noticing any changes with my lifting when I went keto, but then I never got keto flu or any other problems either. Maybe because I had been living a sugar free clean diet for many years before drifting into keto.
