Which type of avocado is best?

so I love avocados. I could never have 1/3 of an avocado like most recommend.

There is the small ones and the big ones but lately I feel like the big ones taste more satisfying even though they say there’s more fat in the small ones.

So now my body and my mind are confusing me.

Does anyone else have more info on this for me?

The most popular avocado is probably the Hass. Is it the best? I’m really not sure since it’s the only avocado I buy.

I would stick with what you like best (or can find… or whichever is the most afforadable). It’s hard to go wrong with an avocado!
