I went to Sam’s Club on pure whim and bought a huge block of Kerrygold Ballyshannon cheese 
a good sized jar of organic coconut oil, a large bottle of SF DaVinci caramel flavoring for my BPC fix AND a 4# package of applewood smoked thick cut bacon. SCORE!

Yeah…At Sam’s I found Almond butter, chia seeds, and a huge bag of almond flour…I was pumped!!
