@Becky- West Allis location opens Monday. They have two or three sauces that are Keto friendly and at least 3 oils you can use. About 1/2 or more of the vegetables are excellent with the rest being more on the if it’s okay for you. We rate restaurants as keto safe, keto kinda and nope.

What oils aren’t safe? I normally use the chili and garlic oils when I go. And then the garlic broth and the chili broth.

I do sometimes get an inflammatory response from sesame oil but it is my favorite!

I’m from Laconia originally, lived in Michigan for 10 years, came back here 2011.

I was in Gilford and Belmont until last year. Now over in Sunapee. Work in Lebanon so the long drive had to go.
