Where are the food pics?

Does nobody post pics of delicious food anymore? I’ll start.

You should describe what it is. Looks like salmon and onions but is that keto bread? What are the dark round thingies?

This looks good, how many carbs, and I wonder too if that’s the Carnivore bread I’m just “thinking” of trying  I’m still Keto, but pretty low carbs, 10 or under

Sorry for the lack of info. It’s based on a chaffle (egg, and cheese mixed, in a waffle maker) topped with cream cheese, smoked salmon, thin sliced red onion, capers, and “everything but the bagel” seasoning.

No worries  no one’s ever asked me what’s in my foods I’ve posted (just 1 here on this forum), so mine must not look as good as yours:sweat_smile::+1:

Love the idea of popping it in a little waffle iron!! I’ve looked at a recipe using Pork Rinds, or chic rinds too I guess. Not sure as I’m not a fan of the pork-rinds, they aren’t horrible, I just think they taste pretty dry

Thanks, Mike,

I played with chaffles a few times, but came away mostly with a “meh” reaction, but I never tried something like this. Funny how I can see they’re chaffles now but didn’t recognize it yesterday.

No worries, Bob. I use just egg, cheddar cheese, and a little salt. They get nice and crispy.

Those look great. I forgot about chaffles. They were the rage for a while. We bought a small waffle maker, but I think we dropped and broke it. The large waffle maker we have isn’t as fun for sandwiches.

I gave my cool little one away when I didn’t like the almond flour waffles with no syrup:grin: I think the egg ones sound kind of better than the ones with Pork rinds, probably try out both  Denise
